Community, Care & Craft for Church Production Leaders
A local gathering created to pastor the person behind the console, unpack the reality of weekend execution, and talk honest gear and workflow solutions.
The Heart Behind The Table
Purpose Before Production
Production staff and tech leaders spend every weekend pouring out for worshipers, speakers, and audiences—often with very few spaces where someone is looking out for their spiritual walk.
Production Roundtable exists to balance both sides of the coin: cultivating discipleship, emotional health, and volunteer culture while roundtabling technical solutions without vendor pitches or rigid agendas.
Our Foundation
Three Pillars in Every Gathering
Refuel Pastoral
Caring for the soul behind the console. We unpack burnout, navigate the weight of leadership, talk spiritual health, and share strategies for discipling volunteers with grace.
Refine Technical
Open roundtable gear talk. Compare real signal chains, Dante workflows, broadcast mixes, lighting cue automation, and stage systems with peers facing the same challenges.
Resource Community
Local connection you can count on. Form an emergency Sunday SOS hotline for gear loans, volunteer cross-training, site visits, and trusted local contractor recommendations.
